It's difficult to visualize the full scope of a project over the phone and it wasn't until I was onsite and completed a walk-through with the client that we began to uncover more of what the client needed to see and why. I always appreciate it when a client takes the time to walk through a building with me, it really ensures that I grasp the full scope and deliver a quality product.
