The architect we worked with on this town-home needed the finished 3D ArchiCAD model to include the topography, existing decks and road visibility. Our onsite consultation and project review helped us to understand out client's specific needs, plan accordingly and deliver quality results. Our finished model offers a clear and precise view of the dwelling, how it sits on the site, how the decks are constructed, the entry/exit paths and drainage flow. We included attic and foundation framing to aid our client in any design work that would require additional or altered framing.
